Self-care Practice

Are you interested in exploring a creative process that will help you cultivate your own self-care habit? This weekly practice will help you connect with yourself, your emotional landscape and your perfectly imperfect humanness in a gentle and sometimes surprising way. Our online Practice includes guided meditations, Expressive Arts invitations (imagery, word, sound, movement, texture) and mini teach pieces around change and transition. We will follow a flexible structure and play with creative ways for you to discover what works best for you. (In person are possible as well.)


We meet online via Zoom. Cameras and mics are off during the guided session. You may choose to have your camera on or off during the opening and closing community connection parts.


Monday Practice - 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM EST

60 minutes of guided arts based practice and some community connection


Sunday Practice - 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM EST
90 minutes of guided arts based practice and some community connection

Linda Vanderlee, M.A. is a change facilitator who coaches individuals and teams who want to make a difference.
