(This is the workshop I have been offering since 2004. It is a key component of what has become the Living Aligned model.)
Visioning is a powerful process of imagining clearly that which you want to make real. In a warm and informal setting we play with a blend of activities and exercises that are designed to help you uncover what is truly important to you. In a relaxed atmosphere of exploration and fun you reveal to yourself your path of energizing possibilities. From what we’re hearing from folks who have tried visioning for themselves, so much is possible!

Introduction to Living Aligned
This introductory session offers a taste of the Living Aligned model and process.
You’ll play with a blend of creative activities (such as reflective writing, drawing or movement) to explore ways you can live better aligned with who you are and what you want out of life.
“Living Aligned” is both a framework and an outcome that I have been developing for the past few years, based on my decades of experience working as a life coach, executive coach and trainer with everyone from managers to homemakers to entrepreneurs.
It is a guide to discovering ways to live more aligned with who you are and what you want out of life. It has proven especially helpful for times of change, times when you might be feeling stuck, scattered or spun. It helps you clarify your vision, your values, your gifts, and what support you need to navigate whatever circumstances you find yourself in right now.

Living Aligned (Weekend or Weekly Evening Course)
Do you want to re-energize your life? Are you looking for a renewed sense of purpose? Are you in the midst of a change or transition? The Living Aligned process can help you:
- become clear about what matters most to you
- envision how you want to lead your life, reflect on your priorities and passions
- navigate the challenges that can distract you from your vision
- identify your support systems for moving forward
We will co-create the agenda and explore topics through playful and non-judgmental activities and reflective questions that access more of you and what you want out of this life. Participants have found the sessions to be full of laughter, soulful insights and opportunities to refresh their sense of purpose and doable next steps. The Living Aligned process is inspired by research studies in change, creativity, mind-body-spirit connections, stress and brain plasticity.
Living Aligned Check-In
These gatherings are for anyone seeking to reconnect and check in with where they are on the journey towards living aligned. Each session offers an opportunity delve deeper into the process of clarifying your vision, your values, your gifts, and what kinds of support you need to navigate whatever circumstances you find yourself in right now.
The first part of the session I facilitate a conversation and introduce a new tool or exercise based on what themes surface related to Living Aligned. There is usually some open time for you to take care of yourself in a way that resonates in the moment: creative play, movement, maybe a nap. I will make creative supplies, Living Aligned guide sheets and myself available to assist in your process of reflection and integration.
Navigating the Waves
Challenges are a part of any journey involving a well-lived life. Do you know what you want but find yourself feeling stuck or fearful, unable to move forward? In this one-day workshop we explore what’s stopping or stumping you and find ways to uncover, understand and embrace the questions and the clues hidden there. Through creative visualization, expressive arts, dialogue and other activities you will find out more about how you learn and what kind of support systems you need to navigate those waves. (Attending the Visioning workshop first is recommended but not obligatory.)
How do the choices you make affect your health, your sense of satisfaction, your effectiveness? This workshop invites you to reflect and learn more about yourself, your perceptions, and your way of being in the world. It is also an opportunity to discover and influence positively how your strengths and learning edges affect your relationships with others at work (boss, clients, colleagues) and elsewhere in your life (spouse, friends, kids). As most of us know but often forget, we can’t change other people or whether or which way the wind will blow. We can however put energy into learning ways that we might influence any situation or relationship… including where we want to stand vis a vis that wind or our attitude towards it.
Living Aligned with Money
In almost every workshop and retreat the issue of money (usually the lack thereof) comes up as the major deterrent to living aligned. This Living Aligned with Money workshop focuses on the idea that our beliefs, based on our relationship history with money, often informs this block. As we clarify our beliefs, our attitude and perspective get clarified as well. This creates an opening for a different approach to unravelling the mystery of your particular financial situation and allows for new action steps to emerge.
Living Aligned With Change
Are you in the midst of a change or about to embark on one? Is it a change you chose or one that was forced upon you? Either way there are going to be emotions and choices on the journey ahead.
The Living Aligned process can help you:

- explore ways to navigate the challenges and celebrate the achievements
- identify and create the kind of support you need
During this course we will explore the nature of change and our varied responses to it. Through the use of thought-provoking, playful and non-judgmental tools and activities you will have an opportunity to learn ways that will help you live aligned with whatever change is going on.

Healthy Conflict in the Workplace
It’s my belief that a healthy team is one where differing opinions and ideas are offered and received, encouraged and built upon. People can disagree with each other and still go out for coffee afterwards. They can shift easily to a different subject without a heavy tension lingering in the air.
