Living Aligned Coaching with Linda Vanderlee. Creative support for times of change

These unsettling times

Are you feeling the weight of these unsettling dystopian times as well?

Perhaps the weight is extra challenging due to personal stresses (health, retirement, hurting loved ones) as well as the wider world's unfathomable actions and inactions.

Are you caught up in the paradox of wanting to hide away while at the same time needing community ... and subsequently finding yourself stalled out more often than not?

I know I am.

Part of me wants to hide away, to isolate. I don't want to have to pretend that I'm all fine. Another part of me knows that I connection with the people and activities I care about is important for my health and well-being.

I've spent decades trying to understand how we humans respond to change. What helps us stay engaged with life, stay resilient and creative, despite difficult life circumstances?  Living Aligned is basically a blend of what I've learned so far - what has worked for me and for many of the people I have worked with. Things like ...

  • Allowing ourselves to truly feel what we've been feeling (not just analyze or distract ) is one element. This includes feeling joy and quiet contentment as much as it does the more exhausting emotions like anger and grief.

  • Playing with various creative avenues that help us explore our responses with curiousity and kindness.

  • Accessing our individual body and mind resources - and their inherent relationship - gives me a more  Integrated, holistic sense of what we need, what our next best step might be.

  • Ultimately experiencing this in the company of a few others doing the same creates a special community of peer support. Having others witness and mirror what we're feeling is an extraordinary gift.

If any of this resonates, or you are simply curious, you are invited to come and experience what I'm talking about by attending one of my introductory workshops, a Practice or a Circle.

May the beauty of this season

offer you a quiet pause

to soak in its colour and

its lesson of letting go.

I wish you courage and an open door.

Warmly,

Linda
